Shipping Policy
All firearms and regulated products sold through HighCaliberFirearms.com ship strictly to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. We do not ship firearms to private residences. You must select a receiving FFL during checkout.

- Select receiving FFL license information
- Order is reviewed and shipped to that dealer
Receiving FFL Requirements
The receiving party MUST be a licensed FFL holder and in good standing. High Caliber Firearms reserves the right to verify FFL credentials before fulfillment.
Transfer & Background Checks
All transfers must comply with federal and state gun-control laws. The receiving FFL dealer conducts required background checks and paperwork (Form 4473/NICS) before releasing the firearm to the buyer.
Shipping Carriers
Firearms are shipped with adult signature required and insured. Specific carrier policies apply; please contact support for details.
Shipping Time
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. NFA items (Suppressors) may take longer due to specialized paperwork.
Return Policy
Please inspect your firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer. Once the transfer is complete, the firearm is considered ‘used’ and cannot be returned to us. For defects, please contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
Ammo Policy
Ammo shipping is restricted to the lower 48 states and cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
