NFA & Suppressor Terms

High Caliber Guns is a licensed Class 3 (SOT) dealer authorized to sell and transfer National Firearms Act (NFA) regulated products, including suppressors.

Deposits & Process
Suppressor purchases require a deposit at checkout to secure the item. You understand and agree that:
• Final approval of NFA transfers is subject to ATF review and approval.
• Deposits are non-refundable after paperwork submission.
• Additional fingerprints and photos may be required by the ATF.

Form 4 Filings
We assist in preparing and submitting your ATF Form 4 via eForms for trust or individual transfers. Your local FFL/SOT will receive the suppressor once the ATF approves.

Transfer Timeline
Typical Form 4 processing times vary; see atf.gov for current estimates. Delays due to ATF processing are not the responsibility of High Caliber Guns.

Legal Note
NFA items are heavily regulated. Ensure that suppressors are legal to own in your state before purchasing.
